We are writing to inform you of an incident that occurred on January 25, 2025, at our Webster full-service facility. A fire broke out at the facility, causing the destruction of one of our satellite buildings. This building housed warehouse space, core processing, returns, and pre-dismantle operations. Thankfully, we are pleased to report that no one was injured, all employees were safely evacuated, and we are able to stay open for business.
Despite this unfortunate event, we want to assure you that our operations will continue with minimal disruption. Business remains fully operational, and we are taking immediate steps to assess the damage and restore full functionality. In the short term, some operations may be slightly impacted, but we are actively working to resolve this situation as quickly as possible. You can continue to rely on the same level of service, and we will keep you updated on any changes.
We are working closely with authorities to understand what happened and ensure proper measures are in place to prevent such incidents in the future. Thanks to the swift and effective response of first responders, the fire was contained to the affected satellite building, and no other buildings were impacted. We are incredibly thankful for their quick action in preventing further damage. Their efforts were critical in ensuring the safety of everyone involved and containing the situation. We are deeply grateful for their service and dedication.
