Wilbert’s App Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Wilbert’s U-Pull It mobile app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Use of the App
The App is provided to assist customers in saving their receipts, running vehicle parts interchanges, and earning reward points. You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users must be logged in and show the App for discounts and incentives. Users must scan the App upon check-in and check-out to earn points. Must scan barcodes at the time of purchase only. Transactions cannot be applied to your account after the sale is complete. Customers/App Users must be present with the live App to receive any points, utilize promotions, or redeem or earn rewards.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
The App offers a rewards program where you can earn points based on the actual part price and warranty price before taxes and fees. The accumulation and redemption of reward points are subject to the terms and conditions of the rewards program and are subject to change at any time. Points and Coupons expire 365 days from the date issued.
Exclusions
The following are excluded from earning reward points or utilizing any incentive or discounts in the Wilbert’s U-Pull It App or Wilbert’s U-Pull It Point of Sale System. Wilbert’s U-Pull It reserves the right to deny service and/or rewards or incentives to any customer:
- Purchases where core charges are not paid, nor cores returned.
- Use another person’s app or user credentials.
- Discounts and point redemptions cannot be combined or utilized with any other incentive or promotion.
- Must be 18 years old or older to be eligible.
- Thrift and Vending.
4. Push Notifications and Text Campaigns
As a member of the Wilbert’s U-Pull It App Program, you agree to receive push notifications regarding sales, promotions, and other communications. Additionally, by opting into our VIP Rewards text blast campaign, you agree to receive up to 8 messages monthly. You may opt out of the text campaign at any time by replying STOP to the text.
5. Data Use and Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. We will use your data, such as email, phone number, and location services, for tracking purposes and marketing initiatives. No customer information will ever be sold and will remain the private property of Wilbert’s U-Pull It and its affiliates.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by Wilbert’s U-Pull It or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal use.
7. Modifications
Wilbert’s U-Pull It reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wilbert’s U-Pull It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wilbert’s U-Pull It is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Wilbert’s App Privacy Policy
At Wilbert’s U-Pull It, your privacy is one of our top priorities. This policy describes the privacy practices regarding information collected from Wilbert’s U-Pull It site visitors and app users.
