1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Wilbert’s U-Pull It mobile app, website, customer services, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app or related services.
2. Use of the App
The Wilbert’s U-Pull It mobile app is provided to assist customers with saving receipts, running vehicle parts interchanges, managing customer information, receiving relevant vehicle or inventory information, and earning or redeeming reward points where available.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Users must be logged in and show the live app to receive discounts, incentives, promotions, or rewards. Users must scan the app upon check-in and check-out to earn points where applicable. Barcodes must be scanned at the time of purchase only. Transactions cannot be applied to your account after the sale is complete. Customers and app users must be present with the live app to receive points, use promotions, redeem rewards, or earn rewards.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the app, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as needed.
Wilbert’s U-Pull It may create or maintain a customer profile for you in its customer relationship management system when you sign up through the app, contact a store, request vehicle or part information, participate in rewards, make purchases, sell a vehicle, or interact with customer service.
The app and related SMS/text messaging services are intended for U.S.-based customers and users with U.S. mobile phone numbers.
4. Rewards Program
The app may offer a rewards program where eligible users can earn points based on the actual part price and warranty price before taxes and fees. The accumulation and redemption of reward points are subject to the terms and conditions of the rewards program and may change at any time. Points and coupons expire 365 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Exclusions
The following are excluded from earning reward points or using incentives or discounts in the Wilbert’s U-Pull It app or Wilbert’s U-Pull It point-of-sale system. Wilbert’s U-Pull It reserves the right to deny service, rewards, incentives, discounts, or promotions to any customer where applicable:
- Purchases where core charges are not paid or cores are not returned.
- Use of another person’s app account or user credentials.
- Combining discounts or point redemptions with another incentive or promotion, unless expressly permitted by Wilbert’s U-Pull It.
- Customers under 18 years old.
- Thrift and vending transactions.
5. Push Notifications
Where enabled through your device or app settings, Wilbert’s U-Pull It may send push notifications regarding app activity, rewards, sales, promotions, alerts, inventory updates, and other communications. You may manage push notification permissions through your device or app settings.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Wilbert’s U-Pull It offers an SMS/text messaging program for U.S.-based customers with U.S. mobile phone numbers.
By opting in to receive text messages from Wilbert’s U-Pull It, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Wilbert’s U-Pull It at the mobile phone number you provide.
Wilbert’s U-Pull It may collect SMS consent through the mobile app, through alert settings or preferences in the app, through customer service interactions, over the phone, in store, or when you request that Wilbert’s U-Pull It text you information.
SMS messages may include:
- Vehicle search results, part search results, and part prices requested by the customer.
- Vehicle availability, inventory availability, and related vehicle or part information.
- Vehicle arrival alerts or inventory alerts that users set up or manage through the app.
- Customer service messages and responses to customer requests.
- Account, app, rewards, or profile-related notices.
- System or CRM messages related to customer interactions, including requests for additional information.
- Messages related to Wilbert’s U-Pull It buying a junk vehicle from you, including coordination, pickup, status, or service information.
- Occasional promotional or marketing messages for customers who have opted in to receive promotional SMS communications.
Message frequency varies based on your requests, alert settings, transactions, service needs, and communication preferences. Promotional messages are occasional and are generally sent no more than once per quarter. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of creating an account, using the app, making a purchase, selling a vehicle, participating in the rewards program, or receiving customer service.
You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any Wilbert’s U-Pull It text message. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, or SMS communication preferences, will be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
Wilbert’s U-Pull It may share information with service providers only as necessary to operate the messaging program, deliver messages, maintain systems, comply with law, or provide customer support. Service providers are not permitted to use SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, or mobile phone numbers for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Data Use and Privacy
Your use of the app, website, SMS/text messaging program, and related services is subject to the Wilbert’s U-Pull It Privacy Policy above. The Privacy Policy explains how Wilbert’s U-Pull It collects, uses, shares, and protects information.
Wilbert’s U-Pull It may use information such as email address, phone number, customer profile information, location services where enabled, vehicle or part preferences, app activity, and communication preferences to operate the app, administer rewards, provide customer support, send requested information, manage alerts, improve services, and send marketing communications where permitted by law and user consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the app, website, content, trademarks, logos, and related materials are owned by Wilbert’s U-Pull It or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal use in accordance with these Terms.
9. Modifications
Wilbert’s U-Pull It reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the app, website, SMS/text messaging program, or related services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilbert’s U-Pull It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, website, SMS/text messaging program, rewards program, or related services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wilbert’s U-Pull It is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
