Managers from Wilbert’s Premium Auto Parts and Wilbert’s U-Pull It set up their booth this past week at Webster-Schroeder High School in Webster, NY for a job fair. Over 60 institutions representing a variety of different career paths attended. The school looked to highlight the many in-demand careers in the Western NY/Finger Lakes Region, including those at local businesses that are motivated to hire students now and after graduation. Students used the opportunity to educate themselves, ask questions, and learn about career opportunities after high school. We enjoyed conversing with students and teaching them about what we do as part of the automotive recycling industry. We hope to see some of these prospective employees in Wilbert’s uniforms in the future.
