Wilbert’s Premium Auto Parts Expands Reach and Updates Delivery Fleet to Improve the Customer Experience

Delivery at Wilbert’s has grown substantially over the past few years. We can almost guarantee next-day delivery on parts that may travel up to 600 miles to reach their destination! Our radius has expanded to places as far north as Massena, NY and as far south as Scranton, PA and Ripley, NY. Our reach also extends as far east as Herkimer, NY and covers everything in between! Our drivers in the year 2020, despite the pandemic, delivered just under 55,000 parts. They also traveled 655,250 miles to accomplish this tall task. We added three brand new box trucks to our fleet within the last year to help us attain these goals. We also ordered a liftgate to test on our smaller van that will provide increased efficiency when loading and unloading heavier parts. We are continuing to cycle out older vehicles to be replaced with newer and better equipped trucks in order to improve the level of customer satisfaction.
