Wilbert’s Tires & Wheels is making a “new use” of a 45-year old Ontario business site for recycling of truck and auto parts. Their family-owned and operated business at 1075 NYS Route 104 is featured by Ontario Chamber of Commerce, Inc. as Business of the Month for January, 2023. Opened on September 1st, 2021, they have now connected two separate buildings with a 5,000 sq. ft. addition which resulted in a state-of-the art 15,000 sq. ft. facility. The full-service tire business specializes in the sale of new and used tires and wheels, including mounting, balancing, rotations, installations, and tire repairs. As a Michelin, Uniroyal, BF Goodrich, Firestone, Goodyear, Cotinental, Cooper, and Mastercraft dealer, they can locate and order any brands or styles of wheels from their huge, computer-based photo inventory and have them installed within 24-hours. Owner Ron Wilbert noted that all of their used tires are hand-inspected against strict quality standards and include a 30-day guarantee. He added that they offer their new and used recycled tires & steel & aluminum wheels at a fraction of normal cost while still being able to offer all of the perks and quality of a major tire dealer.
